A sound meditation begins with mindfulness and gentle breathwork, followed by an atmospheric sonic journey. Expect ambient soundscapes, binaural beats, nature sounds and a variety of instruments including Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, a monochord, steel tongue drum and voice. These sessions can help you to reset your nervous system, release emotional blocks and tap into your innate wisdom while harmonising and balancing your body and mind. Each session varies depending on the theme.
I just wanted to say the hugest THANK YOU imaginable for last nights magical sound bath . I am 70 & have travelled extensively in India & have been privileged to have had many sound baths and yours, without a shadow of a doubt have been the most healing/ powerful and thats without YOU even being present !!! I shall definitely be joining next Wednesday. I really enjoyed the recent session and slept like a baby afterwards! I am normally a terrible sleeper, the tracker I wear always registers a deep sleep time of about 1 hr 15 mins, for the night after your session it registered 3 hours and 46 minutes of deep sleep and I, for the first time in ages, felt great all day yesterday! So I’m very glad I came across you and your sessions!
